How the build works: We start from a mapped workflow, agree the trigger, decisions, handoffs, exceptions, and human checks, then build and test one useful slice. You get a working system, its documentation, and a clear handover. If the process or data isn't ready, we'll say so before a build starts.

Why do I pay for an audit if the first call is free?

The 15-minute call tells us both whether it's worth going further. The paid audit is where I actually dig into your operations, your data, and your workflows, and hand you written findings you can act on with or without me.

What if I'm not sure AI is even right for my business?

That's exactly what the free call is for. If a better-designed process or a simpler fix solves your problem faster than an AI system would, I'll tell you that. I'd rather be honest upfront than sell you something you don't need.

Do you work with businesses in my industry?

I've built systems across service businesses, agencies, e-commerce, and mission-driven organizations. The industry matters less than whether you have a repeatable process worth automating. We'll figure that out on the call.

What's your actual tech stack?

I build hands-on with Claude Code and Codex for agent development, and LangGraph for orchestrating multi-step workflows. You get a system built on tools that are actively maintained and widely supported, not a black box only I can touch.
