The short version: the only thing this site collects is what you type into the contact form when you write to me. I don't sell it, I don't share it, and you can have it deleted by asking.
If you send me a message through the form on this site, I keep what you typed: your email address so I can reply, your message, and the date you sent it. I keep it as long as I might reasonably still need to answer you, and I delete it when I don't.
I answer you. That's it. I don't add you to a mailing list because you wrote to me, I don't sell or share what you send, and I don't run advertising against it.
Two companies, both doing ordinary plumbing:
None of them get your information for their own purposes.
No cookies, and no advertising pixels. I do count visits, using Cloudflare Web Analytics, so I can see which pages people actually find useful. It records the page you landed on, where you came from, and rough details like country and device type. It sets no cookie, builds no profile of you, and cannot follow you off this site or recognize you when you come back. Nothing it records identifies you.
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to annette@verityagentic.ai and I'll do it. You don't have to give a reason, you don't have to explain, and nothing bad happens to you for asking.
I don't sell your personal information, and I don't share it for advertising. I never have. If you're in California, Colorado, or one of the other states with a privacy law that gives you the right to opt out of that, there's nothing here for you to opt out of, because I don't do it in the first place. Your other rights under those laws, to know, to correct, and to delete, are the ones above, and they're open to everybody who writes to me regardless of where they live.
This site is written for adults. It isn't intended for anyone under 16, and I don't knowingly keep information belonging to a child. If you think I have, write to me and I'll delete it.
If I start collecting something new, this page gets updated before I do it, and the date below changes. I'd rather over-explain than surprise you.
